On searching for a seasonal rental home I contacted Coldwell Banker in Delray Beach. Luckily, Peter Figgie was in the office that day. During our stay, a few issues came up with the home and on contacting him, he immediately worked with the owner to get them resolved.

I received a reference from a friend to contact Peter Figgie for help finding a rental for the winter months in either Boca Raton, Boynton Beach or Delray, Florida. Mr. Figgie began sending me emails of what was available. From those selections, we chose one in Boca Raton. Mr. Figgie helped us through the rental process meticulously. Peter helped us with the lease online, Showing us how to sign documents online. How to fill out a credit application online, and apply for acceptance in the HOA. Without his help, we would not be in Florida this year. Peter was kind enough to offer to pick us up from the airport and we accepted. He met with the other realtor at the time to get the keys and sign more papers. We had a problem with the fridge not working properly and he was here when we contacted him to help with getting a new one. We appreciate Mr. Figgie for all the help to enjoy the warmth of Florida.
